Made some grilled pork chops tonight using the Traeger smoked pork tenderloin recipe. I doubled the marinade recipe for these bone-in chops and marinated for 24 hours. Used a good quality Simply Apple for the apple juice called for in the recipe. Grilled the chops over a medium fire instead of smoking them. I have done the tenderloins before with this too, smoking them over apple wood, and it was awesome as well. Like pork candy! Absolutely incredible flavor and juicy. Don’t sleep on this method!

Those look great bg !
Nice color and char . Did you use the Traeger rubs ?

Keith
Yes. The Pork and Poultry rub called for in the recipe. I bought it specifically so I could make the pork tenderloin recipe but I figured this marinade would work great for chops too!

I've never tried it but have friends that use it regularly. May need to.give it a shot.
