My first brisket. Turned out awesome. The smoke ring was very deep pink. Is this normal? Hope I can duplicate it in my first bbq comp later this month
Here is the new RF smoker. Should have taken the pic before I foiled my ribs and butts on the top rack. Oh well. Cant get the pics of my ribs to come up for some reason.......
