The end pics look great. I have been wanting to do another brisket but the prices here are still sky high. I will just make alternatives until the price comes down a little and enjoy the rest of you posting these amazing pics.

Leftovers……some brisket pieces in the wok with some of my boys ginger soy sauce to get the nice and caramelized……

Once the brisket was flavor infused I dropped some blanched greens in then tossed with a bit more sauce…….

It was paired with some jasmine rice and my wife’s peanut salad…..

Usually the beef in beef and broccoli can be a bit tough, however, the brisket is tender and full of flavor…..man oh man we will be doing this again!

Ok time for second leftovers…..

Last time we were at the huge Asian market I. The big town we picked up some of these noodles to try…..

So I was craving beef and noodles tonight so I sliced up some of the brisket up in small cross grain pieces and then caramelize them with my boys soy ginger glaze……

The noodles were added to a reduced beef broth with a pinch of the beef base & my boys glaze. It made for a nice tangy beef ramen flavor….then in when the noddles with some veg and the all that was topped by the beef and a fried egg……

Well this was a first and won’t be the last time I do this…..it took less than 20 to fix and 10 of that was waiting for the water for the noodles to boil……it did take 3 pans and a lid though….lol.
