Creamy Sauerkraut Soup

That’s got to be good Jeff! I like some sauerkraut in my soup, it reminds me of a creamy version of Kapusniak.

For sure a creamy version of that. Sure goes good with a grilled Swiss cheese sandwich too.

I ran it by her. First comment was "yuck" or something as that.
Then she asked if it had any sausage in it.
Have to let that simmer in her mind for some time.
She does make a version using raw cabbage.

Awesome! I have good 2/3 of jar of sauerkraut left from other meal I can use and LOVE soups.

Thanks guys. Hell no I have to do it again lol. I have plenty of smoked sausage too. It was thick and hearty like a chowder
