commercial smokers

I have not been around for awhile. We bought a resturant and I have had no time. We have been smoking butts and prime rib on my two masterbuilts. They do a good job, but the capacity is not big enough. I have been looking at a Trager SMK200. Do any of you have any other ideas on a large capacity outdoor smoker? Any help would be appreciated.

I know a guy who would let this one go for a great price!!! Just kidding, I'm sure you are looking for a stainless type, stationary. If you have the $$$ I would definitely go w/ the Southern Pride. I am taking baby steps in hopes that one day I will own a SP myself....
