Texas style! Salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and granulated onion. Smoked at 275. Took about 5 and a half hours. Probed tender at 202. Soooooo good!!!

They look Great!! I have never done Beef ribs like that. Something I must do if I find them!

CF, Excellent job on the ribs.I'm jealous when I see beef ribs that actually have meat on them, only thing around these parts is bags with bones in them.

Nice work on the ribs! We do a LOT of them in our house I’m betting those were like a beef bone pull apart….lol
