BBQ Chicken (Lady’s Choice)
This had to be the last thing I’d make on my Smoking & Grilling Front Porch, before we clear it off for the Upgrade from Wood to AZEK “XLM” (PVC).
So Mrs Bear made her choice of Chicken Legs & Thighs, without Smoke.
So she Baked the Chicken @ 350° for 45 minutes, before handing it off to me so I could finish it off on my Weber “Q” with some BBQ Sauce added.
I like it better Smoked, but I gotta let her have her way now and then. I don’t mind, because She’s a Good Old Girl !!
Then Mrs Bear made some Mashed Taters, Added a little Milk to a can of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup for Gravy, and some Peas on the side too.
That’s all there was to it, but I hope you enjoy it anyway.
