BBQ Chicken  (Lady’s Choice)

This had to be the last thing I’d make on my Smoking & Grilling Front Porch, before we clear it off for the Upgrade from Wood to AZEK “XLM” (PVC).
So Mrs Bear made her choice of Chicken Legs & Thighs, without Smoke.

So she Baked the Chicken @ 350° for 45 minutes, before handing it off to me so I could finish it off on my Weber “Q” with some BBQ Sauce added.

I like it better Smoked, but I gotta let her have her way now and then. I don’t mind, because She’s a Good Old Girl !!

Then Mrs Bear made some Mashed Taters, Added a little Milk to a can of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup for Gravy, and some Peas on the side too.

That’s all there was to it, but I hope you enjoy it anyway.

Bear

This will be the last Food done on my Smoking & Grilling Porch, until after my Porch Upgrade:

I also really like your gravy with the cream of chicken and milk Is that all there is to it? just add milk to desired consistency?

Looks good.

So you wont be smoking anything for awhile?

Bear That looks good to me,it shouldn't take to long to replace the boards John.

Exactly---We use maybe a quarter of a can. It doesn't take much to get it the way we like it.

Thanks Richie!!

We're getting there!

Had to put 13 new Joists in because the Dummies that built the front porch only put them at 24" on center.

Lots to do yet----Rained all night & half of today, but they want sun for the next 8 days---That'll help!!

As of Today, my Smoking Porch is done.

Now I gotta get some Young Blood here to move my stuff back from the Garage to the Porch. My Son said he'll send a couple of his climbers on Monday.
