Bacon wrapped boneless skinless chicken thighs with green, red, and yellow peppers on FireWire kabob skewers. ----- Marinated the kabobs overnight in a Ziplock bag with Island Teriyaki sauce. The kabobs went from the Ziplock bag to the grill. ----- As the kabobs were grilling over indirect heat, basted the kabobs with more Island Teriyaki sauce. ----- The kabobs had incredible flavor, this is a definite do again cook!
