Both Dillon's (Kroger) and Wal-Mart were out of Spare Ribs, so bought a rack of Babyback .... I do prefer Spare Ribs though. Im not so much Anti-Babyback, just every time I hear the word, I hear the Chili's Babyback Rib jingle. I don't like Chili's, their food is always too salty for me

Light coat of mustard and covered in my homemade rub
Wrapped in Saran Wrap to get happy for a few hours
Now. Last time I used the Yoder I ran out of heat after 2 hours and my coal bed was gone. This will be my 2nd legit use of it, gonna try to go 5-6 hours.

Also need to get some Canola oil on the outside to season it, gonna get that done during this cook
