Was at the store this am and picked up some boneless pork chops, these are about 3/4 ea and butterflied
Was itching to throw something on the smoker this afternoon but did not have much time so I thought this would work
Very simple just did a rub and popped them in and figuring on about 2 hours.
Hope to get some pics when they come out
