ANDOUILLE ABT'S

Got these started a little late in the game last time I cooked some spares, so they were not as "crisp" as I would have liked, but there weren't any left overs!!!

Cream cheese, mixed with grated Pepper Jack, minced Green Onions, garlic, S&P and a small piece of Andouille sliced off of a link.......

I totally agree with your thinking in that ABT's need some sort of meat in them. I have been putting a chunk of meat in them for a wahile now. They just taste better to me. Now I think you have them down pat bye the looks of yours their all perfect and uniformed wrap of bacon. They should be the picture of what an ABT's should look like.
