well I woke up Easter morning with smoke on the brain !
fixed up a fatty for breakfast
smoked with hickory for about 2 hours
also had an 8 lb mash shank half ham on the smoker too
8 hrs in the hickory smoke then foiled for an hour topped off with my homeade raspberry chipolte sauce mixed 50/50 with honey and cooked into a glaze
cooked up some aspearagus
and served up some dinner
