all day easter smoke with qview

    well I woke up Easter morning with smoke on the brain !

    fixed up a fatty for breakfast

    smoked with hickory for about 2 hours

    also had an 8 lb mash shank half ham on the smoker too

    8 hrs in the hickory smoke then foiled for an hour topped off with my homeade raspberry chipolte sauce mixed 50/50 with honey and cooked into a glaze

    cooked up some aspearagus

    and served up some dinner

    Thanks everyone there ate seconds so there was just enough for a sandwich left the next day
  4. I have been toying with the idea of getting a smoked ham, and throwing it back on the smoker. After seeing your pics, it is definitely on the to-do list.
