Tuesday Chicken and Ribs. W/Q View.

So my wife is about 12 week along with our 4th child. For the last week she has been hinting that she is craving Chicken and Ribs. So since I had the day off today and nothing planned besides plowing snow I said ok.

Trimmed a rack of spares to St.Louis style. Coated with Rub and into the smoker to be touched by the TBS. Used pecan wood today.



Looking good at foiling time.



Had 2 Chicken Breast and 4 legs in a brine for about 4 hours today. When foiling the ribs I put the breast on. Didnt take any pictures until I was crisp'n them on the grill.



Here is my oldest little helper taking the ribs that she "painted" into show mommy.



My dinner plate. Beans were leftover from last weekend's smoke. Mighty tasty.

My son asked to come out to help but all he really wanted to do was play in the snow. He is 3.
