Well I am finally smoking on my new smoker. I ended up doing a breakfast fatty, a Reuben fatty, stuffed pork loin and something that is new to me is smoked eggs. My buddy BSTORDAHL was having trouble with his smoker so he also came over and threw on his chicken and a new variation to a breakfast fatty. Its below zero outside but the smoker is holding strong at 230 degrees just where I want it. I will post some pic's of the results later.

Okay, call me a noob...but what's with the eggs? I assume they "bake" in there or is any smoke flavor induced during the BBQ process?

Inquiring minds want to know!

Well I got the idea about the eggs from on here and kind of on my own. This is my first time trying them. I put them on raw and they come out just like a hard boiled egg. I just pulled one off there is a slight smoke that goes through the shell as I can see a light brown on the egg inside. How ever they don't taste smokey like I was looking for. I am going to peal half of them and put them back on the smoker to see how I like the smoke flavor into the actual egg.

Well everything that BSTORDAHL and I smoked was great today. We especially liked the reuben fatty, BSTORDAHL's burrito fatty and the stuffed pork loin. The smoker we built is a success for sure!
