sprfast is right, the ribs you had were back ribs, they were removed from the rib roast section. high dollar cut so they wont leave much on them back ribs. they are tasty though. if its more meat on a rib then go to the short or spare ribs but it will not be of the quality on the back ribs. if i can find the back ribs cheap i will do them if possible. real fine looking smoke there. makin me need to do some a them again!!! great job!!!
