Tonight I made up a couple pinwheels using skirt steak. I cut it in half. Thinned it out using the flat side of a tenderizing hammer. S&P, spinach, roasted pepper (canned), havarti cheese.

They look great.

Looking good. Thanks for the Qview.

Ok, those are absolutely awesome looking and I can only imagine how that flavor was. Points for the creativity and the overall qvue.

Grilled not smoked. 10-15 minutes over medium/medium low heat. They were simple EVOO, garlic, S&P

those look great I wish you could make me some

Sorry for the confusion, I just realized I posted this in the smoking not grilling section.

I have had SMOKED asparagas at Jack Stack here in Martin City, MO...And I was really really suprised. Now I like asparagas just about any way you cook it (including raw) but when it is smoked, its just amazing.

I asked the waiter what was used on the asparagas and he said there was nothing but salt and pepper...and then placed in the smoker...

I havent tried smoking it yet, but I think I would spray with Olive Oil along with some all spice...I would imagine these could be smoked at 225-250...

Thanks,

WOW. Those look amazing. I just finished Dutch's Biaquits and gravy recipe from this site 10 minutes ago and now lookin at this, Im hungry all over again LOL. Will for sure try that this spring just as soon as out asparagus comes up. Good job.

Man it all looks great! I like the asparagus as well...we really enjoy it in our house. Big points for me when I bring some home!
