Tried a new rib rub/glaze to day on some spares, the neighbor refered to it as "Pop-a-cherry Ribs", i altered the rub and glaze with each rack, i put them on in 2 hour inervals. my neighbor and I think they tasted awsome, but my mother will be my critic, i vac packed most of the ribs to take to her next weekend.
