St.LOuis Style Ribs

I noticed on some posts,pictures of St. Louie Style Ribs that were a little different than I thought. Found this at http://youtube.com/watch?v=H_MGM_RRTUQ Hope it comes up right so you can just click.I like to use the the trimmings to grind or simmer in tomato sauce.(or gravy if you're from So.Philly)

yes,but there is something about pork simmered in tomato sauce for a couple of hours that does it for me.and that hardly makes it to the table.
