i took some boneless chix breast & stuffed w/ swiss & pepperjack cheese, pinned up & wrapped w/ bacon & soaked overnight in italian dressing,white wine,& smoked garlic before smoking.
next day-slice & dice that & add to that cheddar broccoli rice mix- just substitute 1/2 the water w/ chixbroth & add a can of sliced mushrooms(or smoke them in the cheese wrapped chix rolls),follow the directions & serve.
quick,fast, & good.- easy nukable lunches the day after that too.
