I made 2 meatloaves this past Monday.
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground veal
1 lb ground pork
1/2 bread crumbs
2 eggs beaten lightly
1/2 milk
1 cup ketchup
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 Tblsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder

mix gently until ingredients are thoroughly distributed
form in your shape of choice and cook at 300 until 160 internal
at 100 score top of meatloaf to form diamond pattern and add your bbq sauce until done


We ate one for dinner on Monday the other one was vaccum sealed for later consumption.
