Hello everybody - I've been smoking meat for a couple of years, since my son got me an electric smoker. Due to its limited capacity, I decided to build a smoke house that could hold more meat than I could eat. It's about 38 cubic feet of space, built out of cedar. I'll definitely post pictures and instructions on how it built it from the start once the job is complete, and of course, snaps of the meat coming out of it.
I've been reading this forum for a years, and glad I finally gave up my lurker status.
