How's it going everyone. I'm drew live in Jax, fl. I have a best choice grill with offset smoker. Nothing huge or amazing and was cheap but so far I can't complain. It got a lot of bad reviews online but I have smoked ribs, brisket, chicken wings, and just did a turkey for thanksgiving and I thought it turned out great. I read a lot here to help me out but I figure I should jump on board with everyone and join in some conversations. I have learned allot here already and look forward to learning more.

Welcome to the forum Drew!  Any smoker can produce amazing Q if you know how to control the temps!  Sounds like you know your smoker.  Looking forward to your smokes!

Thanks for the welcome.  Hopefully my fiance saved the pictures of my smokes as i had to do a master reset on my phone because it was acting up.  Its funny actually Im looking to the rightside of the page and see a smoker that looks like what my fiance just got me not less then an hour ago.  She was on letgo and someone was selling a vertical water smoker, and we just got back from picking it up. So depending on if i have to work this weekend or not I should be posting some pictures of some stuff that ill be smoking and will use both grills.
