Hello all,

New to the wild flavor of smoking this year up around chicago, IL. Good old buddy from down around Atlanta, GA (29 BBQ) turned me onto some smoked shoulder and I was hooked..... hope to learn from all you folks about the possibilities of all the different meats and veggy things that can be smoked, as well as the different methods used....
