The health food store here sells by the ounce so you can buy as little or as much as you want. It is great for a recipe that calls for a pinch of. It also works well for something that calls for a cup of.

Great chart Dave,   Think about what spices you like and go with what you are making, You may have to make a couple of batches before you get it perfected
