Yesterday I smoked (2) 2.5 lb meatloafs on my Outlaw smoker. This was my first attempt smoking meatloaf, but I've only read good things about it so I had to try it for myself. I added eggs, bread crumbs, bbq sauce, salt, pepper and a splash of worcestershire sauce, and I must say I'll never have meatloaf any other way!
