Thanks so much Disco. Like I said earlier, I was pretty happy with the finished product. When I started smoking ribs, I would always wrap my ribs for fear they would dry out. But I'm really liking the texture with no wrap, and they were nowhere near dry. Thanks Again!!! biggrin.gif

Thanks CM. Buster is also my official taster, but I think he's bias, because he loves any sort of meat I smoke (and in this case potato too)!!!biggrin.gif

Oh, he gets his share. He knows as soon as that hot charcoal goes in that basket what's about to come. He doesn't miss a trick!!! 🐶
