Hey everyone. I have some friends coming over and I'm going to smoke a couple of butts in either my BGE or my WSM this weekend. However, I asked my wife to pick up something she would like and she brought home a 2.57 lb "beef shoulder arm roast." I have no idea what it is or how to prepare it.
Any suggestions? Can it go in the smoker? What should I put on it?
