Hello all I am from Virginia, I've been cooking bbq for about 20 years, mainly pork for either slicing, chopping or pulling. Also a little chicken and beef has been cooked. Currently using a Royal Oak charcoal grill, Perfect Flame gas grill and a Brinkman Gourmet Charcoal smoker that I converted to a propane smoker. I'm not a beginner but nowhere near an expert.
