Target had Butterball turkeys and breast on sale for $.99lbs
Got two turkeys for family thanksgiving and one of the turkeys breast is for todays smoke.
For me and the wifes Thanksgiving dinner just for the two of us.
Here the tag for the breast
Used Chef JJ brine for this one. 24 hours in the brine
Took it out of the brine. Rinse it off good then back in the frig until I get the smoker hot.
Going to put butter/garlic mix under the skin.
Hope to have it on by noon . Going to smoke it around 300 degrees.
