I smoked my first ribs Saturday afternoon and have to give a big thanks to everybody on the site for all the helpfull info. The ribs turned out great and I got nothing but praise and pats on the back. The best part was everybody standing in the kitchen and I couldnt hear nothing but lips smacking and bare bones hiting the plates! I didnt do a qview but they turned out as pretty as they were tasty. I made up some rub using Famous Daves Rub and tossed in some other ingredients that sounded good. I used lump coal and mesquite along with the 2-2-1 method. The cook went flawless and the B-B-Chef was very consitent.
