So my wifes friend wants some Ring Bologna to.

Doing 10 lbs, 5 for her 5 for us.

Hey Rick I've been meaning to ask ya this for a while, A lot of times you mix you recipe up and frig it over night, I'm assuming you're using a binder of some sort, but don't you have issues with it binding up while resting in the frig and being like a brick to stuff?  that's why I mix then stuff, .then let it rest in the frig over night.

Just curious.

No binder. The salt does the binding by making the mix thick and tacky. I been fridging recently because i get busy doing other things or its late. I normally mix, stuff smoke.

Its mix i got from an Amish friend in PA, he mixes this up himself. I have used Con Yaeger also which are very good.
