Getting Started with the ingredients.. Photobucket Mixed up some Sage and regular sausage.. Photobucket Added some canned chili, onion and cheese (didn't end up using the bell peppers).. Photobucket With a lot of help from Wife, managed to get the weave completed.. Photobucket Made it to the smoker... Photobucket Finished at 170 deg... Not bad. Photobucket Topped off with some cheese just before removing from the smoker.. Photobucket Plated. Wife made some ABT's, which I will post in the ABT forum.. Photobucket

That looks incredible! If you gave me that and a a sleeve of saltines, there's a good chance I would try to eat the whole thing. How difficult was it to keep the chili under control while wrapping? Did it try to ooze out the ends?
