Had some time on my hands the other day so I thought I would surprise the wife with some ribs. Just alittle c'untry boyz rub. Yes it helps to be a Redneck
The smoker was set at 250 with a mixture of alder and hickory I know an odd mix but the baggs were open and I'll try anything once. This is after the first 3 hours and ready for foiling.

After the spritzing with apple juice and cyder vinagar and then my homemade sauce applied after the foil. Theses ribs were from Sam's on sale at 1.38 lb I couldn't past them up or the other 20 racks. These were so thick and really juicey with alittle pull to them and very tastey too.

Thanks for sharing our smoke and meal
Mark

Ribs look great. Well done. And the ribs were only $1.38? Are you kidding me? Wish we got deals like that here.

WOW, those look great. We had them here for that price without the brisket bones, was that how those were?

Good looking Q... If any of you live in Washington, Oregon or Northern California check out this warehouse store... It's Cash and Carry and here is a link to their web site. http://www.smartfoodservice.com/index.aspx

I only paid $1.15 for pork spares there on sale. It's not a membership store and it's open to the public...

Excellent looking ribs. Good price too.
