Uncle Tykie's Smoked Pork Loin w/ Qview

    Here is how I do my Loins, Pretty simple really I make up a rub with some of my favorite seasonings then place in my Silver Smoker for about 4 hours at 230 degrees. I find that a mix of maple and apple work real well with a nice mellow flavor. Below is the Qview ...Enjoy
