Spares and a Butt

    Tried a new rib rub/glaze to day on some spares, the neighbor refered to it as "Pop-a-cherry Ribs", i altered the rub and glaze with each rack, i put them on in 2 hour inervals. my neighbor and I think they tasted awsome, but my mother will be my critic, i vac packed most of the ribs to take to her next weekend.

    Looks good buzz,makes my mouth water just lookin at it[​IMG] I through on some buts today also,will have a view shortly

    Nice ribs Buzz. I bet that butt has some pineapple juice on it. I really liked the one you did at the gathering.

    ya, the ribs have a little sweetness and some heat,good balance i think.

    Mark,i didnt get to inject this butt cuz, uh, it was still a lotta bit frozen.that mite be why it took 14hrs,and it was 8#
