Hello everyone,just got a brand new Master Chef for my 29 anniversary,..yep we are still talking to each other lol,,can't wait to start cooking,we live near Lethbridge,Alberta in the heat wave right now,love shooting,riding motorcycles and hanging out with friends and family.sooo I need some awesome recipes to try out!!! So I hope to hear from anyone that has some great recipes! and maybe meet some new friends

Hey mingling.  Welcome.

If you use the search feature (magnifying glass at top of the page next to your avatar) you can browse through thousands of smokes, recipes, and ideas.  That will give you a start, and you can check out different meats, techniques, and tips.  Then when you decide on something, post your smoke not only here but on the main pages too.  Ask whatever question you have--everyone is unbelievably friendly and helpfull.  Another great place to check out is Bearcarver's Step-by-Steps--just do a search for it.  Blowing Smoke around the Smoker forum is a general gab area--lots of Q & A there.
