Ohhh Baby! I made some North Carolina Vinegar Sauce recently. It's WHAT I'm lookin for - just not quite the right mix in the recipe I used. It got MUCH better after a couple days. Liked it with chicken wings and still had some left over sauce. What to do? Had some left over hard boiled eggs so I popped em in the sauce rolled em around when I thought of it. After only 24 hours they were delicacies of the Gods. Not too strong and wicked cool flavor.
