I Am Smoking Up A Storm!

  1. Hi everyone! After getting my new MES 2 weeks ago I have turned into a BBQ fool! I have done Chicken thighs that came out wonderful, for Easter I did a brisket...a little dry but good, I made some notes and will attemp it again with a few minor adjustments, I did some baby back ribs that came out great! nice smoke flavor and very tender and juicy. And now as I write I have a smoker full of elk jerky...yumo! Should be finished around 8:00-9:00 tonight. I find myself living in the meat aisle at the grocery just looking for something to throw into the MES....I think the butcher is beginning to think I am stalking him. Anyway happy BBQ to all, I am ready to bring on Summer and BBQ to my hearts content.
