Easy Smoked Chicken Sam's Rotisserie Without The Rotisserie W/Qview And A Crisp Skin

    Ok, I have posted this before, but for the newbies here I'll post it again.

    You can get them before they cook them, just ask. They are pre rubbed and brined or injected alredy. This one was 5.4 pounds. A whopper.

    At 150'.

    At 165'.

    In the drip pan going to the Weber gas for a finish. Added some KC Masterpiece sauce.

    Added some water to the drippings.

    Here its is plated nice and juicy and a crisp skin.

    If I can do it so can you.
