I finally found a good sale on some meat this week. I found pork shoulder in cryovac two packs for .79lb! There will be a nice smoke tomorrow for sure. I’m going to smoke two of these and then after I shred them I’ll vacuum seal them in meal sized packs. I’m really happy to have found this sale. My toughest decision left is whether or not to use my offset or the kettle. Take care and be safe out there.
