Yard bird thighs. yum!

Last night I made some chicken thighs. Gave them a good rub of Dave's. Then on the grill with charcoal and hickory chunk. Then slathered with SBR. Had with thick cut fries with pub vinegar. Darn right tasty!

Looks like you slayed it. Boneless? Never heard of pub vinegar but sounds good.

Thanks! It is also called malt vinegar. In England it is called pub vinegar in a lot of places.

Strong work!!! I grilled some chix thighs on the kettle last night, but I'll be darned if they looked that good. Now.. I love me some malt vinegar on fries! Grew up eating fries at ice rink concession stands between Michigan and Canada. Michigan you got ketchup, Canada you got salt and vinegar. I'll take them either way , but salt and vinegar are easily the fave. Not to mention fish and chips.... but that's another thread.

Covid $hit continually messes with my taste buds and I don't like sugar sweet, but the alternate sugars are better. SBR no sugar is pretty good
