Got my brisket on the smoker and a new roll of butcher paper. Problem is that the paper is 18" wide. I know I ran across a technique showing how to wrap a brisket using 2 pieces of paper starting out in a sorta V-shape arrangement. Now I cannot find it, so, I need help!!!

Anyone have photos of a good way to wrap a brisket using 18" wide paper? Or a link to a video/images?

Thanks!
