First off my Daughter finished up with college
that means no more rent payments at college for her, no more college payments, no more "Dad I need money for food" Which really means I need party money
.
Then last Wednesday we packed her up for her big move to " Seward Alaska" Almost a 4000 mile trip. My baby girl moving away from her daddy
more on all that ( with Pictures) later,
I got an e-mail from Dutch saying
"It is with great pleasure that I inform each of you that you have been nominated to the Order of the Thin Blue Smoke by the Moderators here at Smoking Meat Forums
What !!! No way!!! "all I can say is this is so cool " Did not expect this. Everyone always hopes they become a OTBS member. I want to thank everyone for this honor.
Guess I got to act like I know what I'm doing now . Congratulations to all the other members of the "OTBS Nominations-Summer Class of 2013"
Ok, back to the Alaska move, My Daughter is moving up there to be with her boyfriend. He Graduated from the same college last year that she went to. He got a job up there and moved
up there in march. Her older brother and her cousin drove her up there in her Nissian Xterra and then they are flying back. They took off Wednesday night and didn't stop driving until they got to the
Alaskan Highway in Canada. My wife kept friends and family updated on her facebook whenever we got info on their trip. Can't believe how many people followed her updates. she would get 30 to 40 likes on every update and people would comment, thanks for letting them go on this great adventure with us. Ok thats enough talk, here are a few pictures that they sent us on the way.
