Three hours in, I am liking the color so far. The Camp Chef pellet smoker is a champ… it never disappoints… very consistent cooker!
Look at that... Everything's working out perfectly... Doing it the same way for them as if you were doing it for yourself...
Not to highjack the thread... But you got me doing the same thing.. Kinda Sorta... I made breakfast burrito's this morning... And said, You know what... I should make a big batch and carry them to work for all the knuckleheads there... So that's what I did.. Made 22 of them... I will stack them in a foil pan and reheat the whole pan in the oven in the morning while I'm getting ready for work...
Looking good Justin and I would definitely keep that liquid gold for a finishing sauce.So, after posting for some sauce recipes… it dawned on me… Chef JimmyJ… I always looked up to him and that guy would always be there to help me and countless others.
