Three hours in, I am liking the color so far. The Camp Chef pellet smoker is a champ… it never disappoints… very consistent cooker!

I’d like to make a couple different sauces for this… thinking maybe a mustard based one and one other for some tasty sliders… I am open for suggestions.

I’m the same way as I basically only smoke foods for myself and my family!
You can’t go wrong with pulled pork. Easy and low cost and the non BBQ’r’s will love it

So, after posting for some sauce recipes… it dawned on me… Chef JimmyJ… I always looked up to him and that guy would always be there to help me and countless others.

So, in memory of you Chef and will never let these tasty recipes go…

I will do three…

Your…

KC Bubba Q Juice

Yellow Bubba Q Juice/South Carolina Style

White Bubba Q Juice/Alabama Style

Here’s the link to those as well as many other recipes Chef was willing to share…. He’s missed around here, but he will never be gone if we continue to use and share these…

Look at that... Everything's working out perfectly... Doing it the same way for them as if you were doing it for yourself...

Not to highjack the thread... But you got me doing the same thing.. Kinda Sorta... I made breakfast burrito's this morning... And said, You know what... I should make a big batch and carry them to work for all the knuckleheads there... So that's what I did.. Made 22 of them... I will stack them in a foil pan and reheat the whole pan in the oven in the morning while I'm getting ready for work...

Looking good Justin and I would definitely keep that liquid gold for a finishing sauce.
I usually add a splash of so of a vinegar based sauce to the crackpot while warming. Then have one mustard base and one with some 🥵 for the takers.

Looking tasty Justin! You do realize the work folks are going to want this to be a quarterly thing now right…..lol. I just saw this and if I was in your shoes this is what I would be doing…..ie…. just what you are doing. Oh by the way a crock pot is a perfect thing to have if you have one to keep it warm ie you can get it hot then drop it in the pot before peps show up so it’s hot for serving
