I'll have to try smoking then frying.

That would work (frying) giving them a crispy smoked skin.

Exactly. Its works pretty good try it out sometime. Just toss them in the fryer for a couple minutes after smoking and really crisps up the skin

Smoked/Grilled come in a close second but I agree its hard to beat crispy fried hot wings. With all this talk I could really go for some right now lol

Thanks Chris I think next time I might try brushing the moinks with teriyaki sauce or maybe A1 to switch it up a little see how they turn out
