I been pretty busy mixing dough, working on smokehouse and trying to get a couple quail houses built.

I did manage to mix up 5 pounds of Willies for a friend, stuff smoke on Sunday.

Willies is done.
Putting in the pellet pooper just convinced me to go pellet hopper in the outhouse, I mean smokehouse.
