​JD, I am sure it will, Good luck and relax while smoking it. It is a good excuse to stay home and not do too much. You have to tend to the brisket you know
 
Marauderrt10 this was a full packer. I got it at Walmart as Costco was sold out.
 
Lucky you my Walmarts don't carry them up here neither does Costco! Have to buy them from a butcher for 6.99/lb for USDA prime
Wow, that is not good. even with Walmart having them I only do a brisket every once in a while.
 
The little store here had the packer for $2.49 #
$42.xx. The other store in town was $2.69#.

Cut off a bit of fat, added some salt & pepper, 14 @225', and another 90 minutes @ 275' for the point. Would've cooked the point a bit more but my pillow was calling. I put both pieces in foil and put them in a cooler buried in towels (top & bottom) for the night. Still at 155', 6 hours later. Great lunch and leftovers. [emoji]128523[/emoji]
