My two new favorite rubs for yardbird, I mixed them 50/50. It's got a hint of lime and a hint of tropical fruit, I think papaya or mango maybe both. Anyhow mix them both and

POW! I smoked them over RO Coal and whiskey oak barrel chips that I soaked. Yes I will do this again soon, probably on the fourth.
